Frequently Asked Questions

1. Graduate Slides will be created on your behalf using the professional photographs taken at GradFair in your cap and gown. If you are unable to attend GradFair, then a default logo will be used in place of your photo. No exceptions.

2. Dress in your cap and gown for the photos used on the Graduate Slides. You may have additional photos taken for use in LinkedIn and business cards. Dress How You Would When Meeting a New Client. Due to the Department of Defense guidelines photos in military uniform will not be accepted.

3. Graduate Slides:

• May appear on the screen while your name is announced
• May include your name (military branch if applicable), photo, degree and hometown city, state
